2025年度蔵書点検のお知らせ/ Annual Collection Inventory

図書館とLDICでは、以下の期間に蔵書点検を行います。

＜蔵書点検期間＞
8月1日（金）から8月8日（金）まで
学内者の施設利用、館内での新聞や雑誌の閲覧、電子ジャーナルや電子書籍などのデジタルリソースは通常通り利用可能です。
※この期間、一般利用者は入館できません。

「蔵書点検」とは、年に一度、図書・視聴覚資料など、図書館の資料を一点ずつ点検する作業です。この期間に資料が所定の棚にあるか、紛失していないかを確認し、書棚の整理などを行います。

＜蔵書点検期間における注意＞
・資料の閲覧と貸出：期間中、図書館とLDICにある資料の閲覧と貸出はできません。蔵書点検が始まる前に貸出の手続きをしてください。
・ILL（現物貸借・文献複写）サービス：手続きに遅れが発生いたします。緊急のリクエストがある場合は、図書館職員までお問合せください。
・図書館カウンター：終日閉まります。

なお、LDICカウンターは、7月30日（水）から8月24日（日）までの間、夏期休業期間に伴い閉まります。

Nakajima Library and LDIC will conduct a collection inventory during the following period:

Collection Inventory Period:
August 1 (Fri) - August 8 (Fri)
The facility will remain open only to AIU members. Access to newspapers, magazines, and digital resources, including electronic journals and e-books, will be available as usual.
※During this period, access to the library will be restricted to on-campus users only. 

The inventory is an annual process during which every item in the library's collection, including books and audiovisual materials, is individually checked. During this period, we confirm whether the materials are on their designated shelves and not lost and organize the shelves.

Notes:
Browsing and Borrowing: Access to browse and borrow materials from the library and the LDIC will be unavailable. Please complete any borrowing procedures before the inventory begins.
Interlibrary Loan (ILL) Services: There may be delays in Interlibrary Loan (ILL) and document delivery services. For urgent requests, please contact the library staff.
Counter Services: The counter will be closed all day.

The LDIC counter will be closed for summer break from Wednesday, July 30th to Sunday, August 24th.
