ヨーロッパ地域 DC06 データセンターからデータの移行作業が実施作業に伴い、一部機能に影響が生じる可能性があります。

　※生成済の短縮URLへのアクセスは可能です。
・「アイテムの保存」および「検索式の保存」機能
・Summon Research Assistantの検索履歴の保存・閲覧

Affected Functions
・Generation of shortened URLs (e.g., https://go.exlibris.link/*****) from each record's "Permanent Link" in search results.
・"Save Item" and "Save Search" functions.
・Saving and viewing search history within the Summon Research Assistant.

図書館とLDICでは、以下の期間に蔵書点検を行います。

＜蔵書点検期間＞
8月1日（金）から8月8日（金）まで
学内者の施設利用、館内での新聞や雑誌の閲覧、電子ジャーナルや電子書籍などのデジタルリソースは通常通り利用可能です。
※この期間、一般利用者は入館できません。

「蔵書点検」とは、年に一度、図書・視聴覚資料など、図書館の資料を一点ずつ点検する作業です。この期間に資料が所定の棚にあるか、紛失していないかを確認し、書棚の整理などを行います。

＜蔵書点検期間における注意＞
・資料の閲覧と貸出：期間中、図書館とLDICにある資料の閲覧と貸出はできません。蔵書点検が始まる前に貸出の手続きをしてください。
・ILL（現物貸借・文献複写）サービス：手続きに遅れが発生いたします。緊急のリクエストがある場合は、図書館職員までお問合せください。
・図書館カウンター：終日閉まります。

なお、LDICカウンターは、7月30日（水）から8月24日（日）までの間、夏期休業期間に伴い閉まります。

Nakajima Library and LDIC will conduct a collection inventory during the following period:

Collection Inventory Period:
August 1 (Fri) - August 8 (Fri)
The facility will remain open only to AIU members. Access to newspapers, magazines, and digital resources, including electronic journals and e-books, will be available as usual.
※During this period, access to the library will be restricted to on-campus users only. 

The inventory is an annual process during which every item in the library's collection, including books and audiovisual materials, is individually checked. During this period, we confirm whether the materials are on their designated shelves and not lost and organize the shelves.

Notes:
Browsing and Borrowing: Access to browse and borrow materials from the library and the LDIC will be unavailable. Please complete any borrowing procedures before the inventory begins.
Interlibrary Loan (ILL) Services: There may be delays in Interlibrary Loan (ILL) and document delivery services. For urgent requests, please contact the library staff.
Counter Services: The counter will be closed all day.

The LDIC counter will be closed for summer break from Wednesday, July 30th to Sunday, August 24th.

平素より当図書館をご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。

この度、図書館の一般利用時間を2025年4月1日より以下の通り変更させていただくことになりましたので、ご案内申し上げます。

変更内容
　変更前：平日　午前８時30分～午後10時、土日・祝日・長期休暇期間　午前10時～午後6時
　変更後：通年　午前10時～午後5時
なお、蔵書点検期間（8月1日〜8日）と、年末年始期間（12月29日〜1月3日）は、一般利用者は終日利用できません。

変更理由
今回の一般利用時間短縮は、学生・教職員の皆様の学修・研究環境をより一層充実させることを目的としております。近年、一般利用者の増加に伴い、館内が混雑し、学生・教職員の方々から「静かに勉強できる環境が確保しづらい」というご意見が多数寄せられておりました。皆様にはご不便をおかけいたしますが、ご理解とご協力をお願い申し上げます。

The library's open hours for general public will be changed as follows effective April 1, 2025.

Before the change: 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. weekdays, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. weekends and vacations
After the change: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. all year round
Please also note that the library will be closed for the general public during the Collection Inventory period (August 1-8) and during the New Year holidays (December 29-January 3).

Reason for change
The purpose of this shortening of open hours for general public is to further enhance the study and research environment for students, faculty, and staff. In recent years, with the increase in the number of general users, the library has become crowded, and we have received many comments from students, faculty, and staff that it is difficult to ensure a quiet environment for study. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your understanding and cooperation.

Nakajima Library service counter will be closed for New Year Holidays during the following period:
Sunday, December 29, 2024, ~ Friday, January 3, 2025

AIU students, faculty, and staff members can continue to use the library 24 hours a day with their ID cards, so please be sure to carry them with you.
Please note that we will not be able to answer any inquiries during this period. It will be processed from and after January 6, 2025, when the library is ready for the new year.
